GLIMPSE AT TOPS LOOKOUT BUSAY
One of the greatest places I have visited this year would be Busay, Cebu City. It is widely known for its heavenly city view and the breathtaking city lights during night. It is one of my memorable moments in life as I spend it with my friends. The moments we have shared at this time, surely holds a great value in my life that I will never forget.
Tops Lookout, one of Busay's most well-liked locations, is renowned for its expansive views of Cebu City from its 600 meters of elevation. You will feel all the strains of your hectic daily life reduced by the lush green trees and cool air here. Tops Lookout is a great location for a camping because it is open around-the-clock and contains stores that serve food and beverages until late at night.
A location popular with locals and visitors alike is hidden in Cebu City's mountains, 8.5 kilometers from the Metro, and known for its mesmerizing beauty, refreshing air, and serene atmosphere. The best vantage point for viewing Cebu City is Busay Hills, where several other well-known tourist attractions are located. Locally referred to as "Habal-Habel," tourists frequently rent motorcycles, as well as a van or car, to go around.
This is the view you would see during daylight visit on Tops Lookout.. On this very day, I was able to realize how vast Cebu is and to think the view does not really cover the whole population yet you could really picture that Cebu is indeed a big and progressing place.
The breathtaking city lights view that you would see during night time, right time for capturing moments in your life. During night time, you would get to appreciate the city lights of Cebu and looking at this kind of view makes me forget the problems I have even just from the glimpse of the city lights. Me and my friends, indeed had a very great time here that we went home late at night.

HOW DO WE GET THERE?
Exact location: Busay, Cebu City, Cebu; 20 minutes from the major route; Cebu Tops Road (from JY Square).
By Jeepney: Ride any Jeepney leaving for Busay, such as the 04L or 04H, and instruct the driver to get you to JY Square. From there, take a habal-habal (motorbike) and request to be dropped off to Tops Lookout; the journey should take 30 to 40 minutes. The cost is 100 per person (one-way).
BY CAR: If you're traveling by car, use Waze or Google Maps to find your way and set your location to "Tops Lookout," or consult the map below. There is parking space.
By rental of a van or a car: To rent a van or a car, or to schedule an uphill trip (9 locations in 1 day for just ₱999 per person).
