Relax and refresh on the natural spring in Badiang Spring Resort and Hotel in Anas, Valencia, Bohol.

 SUBMERGED TO THE RELAXING BADIANG SPRING RESORT AND HOTEL

        The Badiang Spring Resort is a small resort located along Valencia's coast, close to a cliff where a natural spring pours into two pools before emptying into the sea below. In Bohol, this is the unique resort where visitors may take use of both the warm sea and a chilly spring.

        Stone/pebble collectors enjoy the spherical, color-coordinated stones that may be found along the coast and in the water, despite the fact that the beach does not have fine sand. Snorkeling is best in areas that are farther away and deeper. The constant flow of spring water into the sea keeps it cold and beautifully pure.

        Due to its proximity to the national road and ease of access, the resort is by far the closest. A large gate and fencing surround the resort.

        Adults must pay a P20.00 entrance fee. The prices for children are lower. Near the pool and along the beach is a pavilion with tables and thatched shelters.

        Just this year, I bought some of my friends to this spring and resort to let them be immersed to the cold water of the pool and relax under the sun while having some fun. It is their first time in Bohol and I am glad that I bought them here first as it will give them some idea how amazing it is to spend time in some of the greatest places to visit in Bohol.

        Especially on a nice, sunny day, it's a wonderful place to visit with friends and family. There has been a significant improvement. They are now offering lodging and convention space. I'm happy to see how much the area has changed. It might boost the province's tourism industry.

        You can see the cool, clear water creating what appears to be a cascade as you descend to the pool area. Picnic cottages are available for a charge, although outside food is permitted. Even though we can stay in the town after Valencia, we frequently come here to swim.

HOW DO WE GET HERE?

        Rides are available from the Dao Terminal at Tagbilaran City. You can choose either v-hires or buses to take you to Valencia. Just tell the driver to drop you off at Badiang Spring and they will gladly do so. The Badiang Spring Resort is only a few steps away from the National highway.

        Enjoy the best of both worlds: a stint at the beach and at the same time, refresh at two spring pools! And you will not find it anywhere else in Bohol. God has blessed only the town of Valencia with both natural wonders with the added scenic view of the rugged cliffs, swaying coconut palm trees and other tropical and lush greenery.

        For your convenience and enjoyment, the LGU (Local Government Unit) and the eco-tourism council of Valencia have developed the place and are envisioning more facilities and services for your added comfort. This is by far the cleanest public resort in the whole province. Try it!
